30 Day Challenge

A couple of days ago I ran across this thing called the 30 Day Challenge and it looked very interesting, so I joined. Basically, what happens is for 30 days, these 2 guys from Australia – Ed Dale and Dan Raines – teach everybody how to make their first $10 online. It doesn’t matter if you’re new to internet marketing or a seasoned pro, there’s an excellent step-by-step process they’ll walk you through that will help you grow your business.

This is my first time doing the challenge but apparently this is it’s 3rd year. Things are already starting to heat up on the blogs and forums but the Challenge doesn’t officially start until August 1. I’ll be posting my progress either here or at another blog – haven’t decided which – so please do follow along!

And I’d love to see you over there and to support you. Just go here and sign up.

I have a couple more things up my sleeve, too including the revamping and updating of my original website The Write Point. It’s not ready yet, but there are a few things to take a peek at so go ahead over there if you’d like and see what’s heating up.

Blessings,
Annie

PS – Did I mention the 30 Day Challenge is FREE? Yes, it is. As with many of the things on this site, 30 Day Challenge is free. It won’t cost a thing. You get daily training with 2 internet veterans for zip, nada, nothing.

Inbox Zero

Maybe you spend more hours staring at your inbox, waiting for that next email fix to arrive, than you do with anything else. Email was meant to be a PRODUCTIVITY tool but for many of us, email is a really big pain in the ass.

Well, now there’s hope . . .

I really enjoyed this video and I’m sharing here with you because I think in this internet age, it’s even more important than ever. So, click the play button and pay attention. It’s called “Inbox Zero.”

Good Marketing Post

I found a good marketing post today to share with you . . .

about Jack the Ripper.

Yes, really. But I’m not sure if I’m getting the trackback right or not so here’s the link just in case.

Intentions & Goals

Some people call them intentions. Some say goals. Others may call them milestones. But they are pretty much the same – they are things we desire to do, things we strive to accomplish. They are our dreams.

I call them aspirations. They are a list of things I aspire to do, to be, to have. They are my deepest desires and my whims. They are what I dream of, daydream of, wish for and see myself becoming.

And there is a wide variety – related to career, family, fun, health, wealth, spiritual, etc – of items on my list.

Maybe you have a list of things like this too. Maybe you think “I’ll do these someday. I’ll get around to them after such and such is done or when I have more money, or time or energy.” Or something. It seems an endless string of “Someday . . .”

Why not let someday be now? What is truly stopping you? Could you maybe do even just one small thing every day to move you closer to those intentions? Those dreams?

I’d like to share a few of mine with you:

  • to be a world-class copywriter like Bob Bly, John Carlton, Gary Halbert, Gary Bencinvenga, or Harlan Kilstein.
  • to be a prolific author like Stephen King, Joe Vitale, Ann Rice or Daniell Steele
  • to travel the world on a whim whenever and wherever the mood strikes
  • to be loving, kind, generous, honest, peaceful and forgiving
  • to be a shrewd, keen investor like Warren Buffet
  • to stand up for what I believe in like my grandpa always did
  • to cherish my family and friends
  • to show my children that life is full of adventure, laughter and love
  • to teach my children to be the best they can be and know that I am proud of them always
  • to share
  • to learn how to fly helicopters and small airplanes
  • to live in a “beach house in the woods”
  • to always enough
  • to have abundance and wealth
  • to be healthy and fit
  • to know love
  • to have an open mind and never cease learning
  • to have a clean office!

Now some of these things I’ve done, some I’m still working on and some I have yet to do. I’ll let you figure out which is which . . . 😉

The Weight Loss Papers

I recently ran across a website and book called The Four Hour Work Week that caught my attention. As I was perusing the sites of the author, Tim Ferris, I found a post on his blog called How to Lose 20 lbs of Fat in 30 Days – Without Doing Any Exercise. Now, since I’ve been doing the Isagenix program, I’ve had all kinds of things like Tim’s post fall into my lap so I’ve incorporated some of those tips into my plan.

On the Isagenix plan, you replace 2 meals per day with their IsaLean shake mix which is similar to something like Slim Fast. Only much better. Well, IMHO, the taste of Slim Fast isn’t so bad. It’s tolerable. But not really a simple thing for most people to follow. So what makes Isagenix different?

For me, it’s a couple of things. One being my upline. They are both awesome people and the whole organization is great. Very supportive with daily, weekly calls, a yahoo group for all of us to share both the business and the weight loss sides of things. It’s great to be a part of that and I think it’s a good part of the reason it works.

Truth be told, I’m not really a fan of meal replacement products in general. And since I’m not overweight due to poor eating habits, changing those eating habits isn’t an absolutely necessary step for me. But I had tried other things that weren’t helping and since vigorous exercise is not an option for me with my back injury, I decided to give Isagenix a try.

I’ve been doing the 9-day cleanse on this round and today is day 7. Tomorrow and Saturday will be my last 2 cleanse days. Honestly, it’s not giving me the results I was hoping for. Although I do feel better overall, it’s just not doing anything for my weight loss goals. So, I’ll be taking a few “days off” then I’ll start another 9-day cleanse next week.

You know, what I find the hardest is that I’m used to eating 4-5 small meals of 150-400 calories each so at lunch when I’m supposed to have my meal for the day, I only eat about 200 calories and then I’m hungry in the evening after my shake. Way more hungry than I should be. And the snacks don’t do it for me.

But I’m determined to do this! I really want to be able to lose the last few remaining pounds that I have and feel good about myself again. And I *will* do it! Because that’s me . . . I don’t stop when I’ve started something. Maybe I’ll take breaks now and then or slow down a bit, but I never stop.

I know, it’s a fault. 😉

There are some in the Isagenix organization that say you *must* do this program THIS WAY or else.  But fortunately, my upline isn’t so anal about it so I’m going to change things a bit to suit how I function best and see what happens. At this point, I have nothing to lose . . .

but the weight!

And since that’s the whole goal in the first place, I’m going to do it.

Yep, another fault – I do things MY way. Oh sure, I can play by the rules when necessary, but when it comes to myself and my family, well . . . I make the call. I don’t play games with my family.

If you’re serious about losing weight, why not join me on my journey? If you’ve tried everything else and are having little to no luck, what else do YOU have to lose?

Just click my Isagenix link in the right sidebar or email me with your phone number and we’ll talk.

Let’s Do This Thing!

Blessings,

Annie

PS – Keep your eyes riveted to this space as I’m going to make posts about this every few days and I’ll be posting some my favorite recipes. I’ve got a whole stack of stuff I want to share with you!

This Video shows TV Actor’s success with 7FigureCode

I’m not one to promote a million products and you know I don’t do it very often but I really like this guys products and I *do* actually use them in my own business. So here’s a blurb and a video for you all to check out.

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

“Reality Television” stars Armando and Veronica Montelongo
from this #1 hit show “Flip This House” on A&E television
attended the event with ZERO Internet experience.

Teaching them that they did not have to do it all themselves
what just what they needed to hear. They had the idea and
a great product…

They took notes at the 7 Figure Code workshop and the
first month after their site went live, the made over $40K
in sales.

In there first 3 months, they made over $120K in sales.

Now, I am sure while being on TV might help them to
get some traffic. But, being on TV does not teach them how
to create a site that makes money. It does not teach them
how to create an information product. How to do up-sells,
and how to build a list and all that… and how to get it
done fast!

Basically, traffic means NOTHING until you know how
to monetize it.

You can go here now to see these star on video now…

Just click here . . . and enjoy!

Thanks,

Annie

PS – The price is going up in a few days, so make
so to get there before the price increase.

Go Veg!

I know some people are going to balk at me and my mother may disown me, but . . . I’ve decided to go vegetarian. It’s an idea I’ve been wrestling with for quite some time and I’ve finally decided to do it fully.

Several months ago, I began eating about 1/4 of the meat I normally ate. And a few months ago, I stopped eating red meat. More recently, I began eating primarily only chicken and fish when having meals with meat with the occasional pork chop thrown in. And I’ve noticed I feel so much better, it’s hard to describe.

Since I began consuming less meat, and especially red meat, I have more energy, I’ve lost some weight (and if you’ve been reading this blog for any length of time, you know that’s been a challenge) and I am having less allergy problems.

Now, I’m sure my family is going to complain loudly but they all know that when mom’s made up her mind about something, that’s it! 😉 And this will be no different. I’ve slowly been changing what we eat over the last 4-5 months anyway so it won’t be a huge shock to them but I’m sure they’ll complain some. All kids do.

I have already introduced soy products and other meatless foods into my cooking and staples so they are already know they like soy milk and cheese and stuff. I think the hardest part for the younger kids will be cheeseburgers. Fortunately, none of them like eggs so that won’t be an issue.

So, give me your thoughts! Any veggies out there? If so, how long have you been veggie? Why did you make the choice? And let me know if you have any tips for picky kids who don’t like vegetables in general.

Blessings,

Annie

Passport to Wealth

I recently joined a great program I’d like to share with you. Your membership includes thousands of dollars worth of products and much more. Here’s a quick letter to tell you about it. I look forward to seeing you on the inside!

Breaking the Rules of Wealth
<><><><><><><><><><><><><>

Another $997 today…and it’s still early.

Friends, people fail because they don’t know what they
don’t know.

Let me rephrase that . . .

If you don’t know…then you really don’t know.

And if you don’t take the first step, you never will.

Yep, clear as mud, right?

Well, let’s put it this way – if you want to learn how to golf…would you rather learn from Paris Hilton or Tiger Woods?

Our System works for everyone. Even a young kid can sit down with his or her daddy and follow the step by step process to bring in profits within just a few days.

Your Passport to Wealth

If a 2nd grader can follow this simple marketing system and net almost $2,000 in 7 days . . . you can too! At least I hope you won’t let a little kid beat ya!

Here are common excuses people use to get in the way of success.
I know, because I used these same excuses over and over again…
and it caused me to fail.

You say,

I don’t have the money.

Answer: What you are doing isn’t working.

I don’t know how to Market.

Answer: Good…all of the Marketing is setup by pro’s. You don’t
have to be an expert…If you already know how to market…this
will just be icing on the cake.

I don’t know how to sell.

Answer: As stated earlier…The System Sorts, Sales and Closes
your Prospects for you.

How do I know the company will pay me?

Answer: You get paid directly from the prospect not the company.

Don’t let excuses get in the way of success.

Review: Isagenix, part 3

As you may know, I’ve been doing the Isagenix program now for quite some time. I’ll admit, though, that I haven’t followed it religiously. In fact, I’ve been rather lax. But the good news is that even still, I have lost some inches and some weight.

Now, I’m really not one for dieting. Never done a “diet” before in my life. Well . . . ok, I tried Slim Fast for a while. And you know, that was pretty good. It wasn’t to lose weight, though. Just to maintain the weight I was. At the time, my weight was fairly good – a few pounds more than it should have been, but not seriously overweight.

In the few years since then I have gained some weight due to pregnancy. I know – that’s a bad excuse and there are plenty of women who have no weight issues during pregnancy but when I was pregnant with my oldest son, I hurt my back quite badly and when you couple that with pregnancy, well, it makes it a little more difficult to keep active. Since I’ve always ate healthy foods (and thus eating is not my overweight issue), losing these last several pounds of “baby fat” has been a big challenge for me.

So, enough about that. What I want to talk about is Isagenix.

Even though my results aren’t stellar, they are good enough to brag about a little bit. I have lot 18 inches even without following the plan exactly. But that’s all going to change beginning this week.

See, I’ve noticed that I feel a lot better when I’m doing the program. Especially when I’m using the IsaFruits, IsaGreens and the other supplements. So I just received a new shipment of products today and will be following the plan to a “T.”

Let me tell you  . . . if you do it, do the whole thing. Start with the 30-day cleanse, add the IsaFruits, the IsaGreens, use the IsaSoups and other snacks. They are GOOD! And I’m not the kind of person who usually likes that kind of stuff.

Take the Atkins stuff, for example. Those snack bars and what-not are pretty disgusting! But I actually like the Isagenix snacks and soups. I’m not too crazy about the chocolate shake mix, but it’s still good enough to swallow. If I don’t mix it right, though, it’s a bit thick for my taste.

Over all, I really like the Isagenix products. They do what the company says they do and they taste good. I especially love the Tomato Soup and Peanut Crunch bars.

If you’re considering Isagenix, please feel free to email me and if you send me your phone number, I will call you on my dime to talk with you about it. Or if you’re ready to order now, just click my link over on the right side bar and that will take you to my Isagenix Associate page where you can sign up. Or send me your number and I’ll walk you through it.

I’d love to have you on my team! I have a great upline, great sponsor who takes the time to actually talk with people and we have weekly calls, an email mailing list on yahoo that you’ll be a part of and there’s so much support, you can’t help but succeed!

Change your life today!

Blessings,

Annie
